1. Acceptance of Terms

All content, trademarks, software, systems, and intellectual property associated with HOOKSQUARE INC. remain the exclusive property of HOOKSQUARE INC. and may not be copied, modified, or redistributed without written permission.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information

Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials

Use our systems lawfully

Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Avoid misuse, abuse, or spam activity

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. HOOKSQUARE INC. is not responsible for downtime, data loss, or business interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid by the client in the previous twelve (12) months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate service with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to immediately terminate services for breach, abuse, non-payment, or unlawful use.

9. Confidentiality

All client information, data, and proprietary materials shall remain confidential. This obligation survives termination.

10. SMS Messaging Terms (A2P Compliance)

By providing your phone number and opting in through our website forms, booking forms, lead forms, or other communication channels, you consent to receive SMS communications from HOOKSQUARE INC.
